Bethel Lodge No. 61 is a time-honored fraternal organization dedicated to the principles of Freemasonry: making good men better through fellowship, moral instruction, and service to the community.
Whether you are a Master Mason seeking fellowship, a curious visitor exploring our craft, or a man seeking to better himself — we welcome you to learn more about who we are.
"Freemasonry offers a system or blueprint for the good man to further improve his character and actions through its system of degrees, symbols, and fellowship opportunities." — Grand Lodge of Free & Accepted Masons of OhioLearn Our History
The three great tenets of Freemasonry
Caring for each other and our communities. We recognize that like-minded men of integrity genuinely care about one another and are loyal and honor-bound to help those in distress.
Help and assist those in distress. Masons are bound to support their brothers and their families, and to give aid to those in the broader community who are in need.
Using knowledge and understanding to improve ourselves, our families, and our communities. Knowledge gained should be knowledge shared.
What it means to be part of Bethel Lodge No. 61
We hold stated communications monthly, bringing brothers together for fellowship, lodge business, and Masonic education.
Prior to degree work and special occasions, we gather at table for meals, toasts, and the bonds of brotherhood.
Masons give back — through charity drives, scholarship programs, and volunteering in the communities we call home.
Ongoing programs in ritual, history, and philosophy ensure every brother continues to grow in knowledge of the Craft.
